Engineering at PIHR is an exciting journey at the edge of technology. We are currently building a team of engineers that will literally affect people’s lives globally. PIHR’s purpose is to make the global workplace more equal through technology and as a developer at PIHR you will be at the center of this effort.
What you will be doing:
As a senior developer you lead by doing. You will work with colleagues from all functions at PIHR to create the best possible product for closing the pay gap between genders. You will be solving interesting and sometimes hard problems while at the same time making sure that the code you write is easy to maintain for others and easy to extend. In essence, here is what you will be focusing on:
- Design and develop new features on our SaaS-platform for comparing salaries and benefits.
- Contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Be a technical leader in the team and be part of decisions around everything technical.
What we are looking for:
Well, it is quite simple, we are looking for someone that can help us build both a world-class platform and a world-class team. You should enjoy working with others, both to assist others in their work but also learn from others (within your field as well as people in other fields). We also think that you have:
- Solid experience in C# (minimum five years)
- Experience developing front ends, preferably with React.
- Familiarity with CI/CD (experience with Terraform and Azure is a plus).
- Experience writing well-designed and well-tested code.
The position is remote/ hybrid, our headquarters are located in Stockholm.
