ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a digital doer who loves seeing your campaigns come to life? We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to join Pihr as we grow across the Nordics and Europe.
Working closely with our CMO, you’ll be the engine behind our marketing execution, taking initiative and driving everything from LinkedIn ads and content creation to CRM flows. If you thrive in a small team where your work has a direct impact on the pipeline – this is for you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Execute campaigns across LinkedIn and email
Collaborate with external agencies on paid campaigns (Google, etc.)
Manage website updates, forms, and inbound flows
Work hands-on in CRM (Upsales) with segmentation, automation, and lead handling
Create and publish content across channels (LinkedIn, WordPress, email), including SEO optimization
Set up and manage webinars end-to-end (invites, live coordination, follow-ups)
Support live events and campaign execution (invites, landing pages, follow-ups)
Track MQLs, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution
Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Sales and the CMO to ensure quality and consistency
Collaborate with external design agencies on creative assets and content
HOW YOU WORK
Hands-on and execution-focused
Structured and detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality
Comfortable executing within clear direction and feedback loops
Comfortable taking ownership and initiative within a defined scope
Thrive in a small team where collaboration and double-checking are part of the process
WHO YOU ARE
2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS is a plus)
Relevant university degree
Experience working hands-on with campaigns, content and marketing tools/CRM
Good understanding of lead generation and funnel metrics (MQL, conversion, pipeline)
Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian
Motivated to continuously improve how marketing is executed and scaled

Indicative Salary Range for this role: 35,000 – 45,000 SEK/month depending on experience
